Carbon Clear offers a Tree Planting service to support your company’s sustainability initiatives.

Tree planting offers multiple benefits to the environment and communities in developing countries, a fact often understood and appreciated by your customers. As such, supporting tree planting initiatives is an excellent way to demonstrate your commitment to strong social and environmental causes.

Our project partner ‘The International Small Group and Tree Planting Program (TIST)’ has been planting trees and supporting sustainable agriculture since 1999, and now involves over 25,000 subsistence farmers in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and India. Carbon Clear has developed custom tree planting initiatives for a range of organisations, including:

• Promotional trees, where trees are planted in response to a customer purchase or action, such as Innocent Drinks’ successful ‘Buy One, Get One Tree’ campaigns, which resulted in 284,000 new trees.
• A company tree planting policy to support your Corporate Social Responsibility commitments
• An employee reward scheme, linking tree planting activities to goals met by your employees, teams or departments.

Carbon Clear partners with ‘The International Small Group and Tree Planting Program (TIST)’ to support community tree planting activities. TIST empowers over 25,000 subsistence farmers in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and India to work together to cultivate tree seedlings, plant them in areas where the community can get the most benefit, and to care for the saplings and trees.
